2. Irregular And Insufficient Sleep

Insufficient sleep will not only give you dark circles under the eyes or affect your mood but also be crucial in your weight loss effort and will make you gain the weight. The old adage ‘early to bed, and early to rise’ has been proven to improve life quality in humans. So go have some fun, but make sure to get your beauty sleep for 6-7 hours.
3. Not Drinking Enough Water
How long can you survive without drink? Not long. It not only gives you wrinkles and causing dehydration, kidney stones, and other urinary tract infections but also affect your mood. Drink 3-4 liters of water every day, it will help you to look fresh. Just grab it.
4. Wild Drinking

Addictive drinking or alcohol binges lead to fatal alcohol poisoning, lifelong health issues such as organ fail and mental issues. 5. Starving For Unhealthy Food
You can eat whatever the hell you want in this age. It will only have the effect on the overall well being of your gut, your lipids, you heart, and nutritional requirements will bite you in the ass when the decade turns. And not only your metabolism drop, making you gain weight which will take forever to shed, it will also affect your stamina, the quality of your skin, your blood circulation, heart rate, and other vitals in the long run. 6. Not Getting Enough Exercise
