1. Skipping Breakfast

Now you should agree, we go through this mostly every day. While skipping the breakfast look so tempting to get class on time and believing that skipping breakfast will cut out calories from your day. But sadly that’s not true and exactly the opposite will occur.

Skipping breakfast makes it even more likely that you carb load somewhere along your day to make up for the lost energy. So next time when you get late for school, make sure you have time for the healthy breakfast. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!

2. Irregular And Insufficient Sleep

You can sleep when you get old, right? Wrong. Insufficient sleep will not only give you dark circles under the eyes or affect your mood but also be crucial in your weight loss effort and will make you gain the weight.

The old adage ‘early to bed, and early to rise’ has been proven to improve life quality in humans. So go have some fun, but make sure to get your beauty sleep for 6-7 hours.

3. Not Drinking Enough Water

How long can you survive without drink? Not long. It not only gives you wrinkles and causing dehydration, kidney stones, and other urinary tract infections but also affect your mood. Drink 3-4 liters of water every day, it will help you to look fresh. Just grab it.

4. Wild Drinking

Addictive drinking or alcohol binges lead to fatal alcohol poisoning, lifelong health issues such as organ fail and mental issues.

Combine that drinking without eating or without being hydrated, it will get worse than hangover and will eventually take you to the hospital. Please GO EASY ON YOUR LIVER!

5. Starving For Unhealthy Food

You can eat whatever the hell you want in this age. It will only have the effect on the overall well being of your gut, your lipids, you heart, and nutritional requirements will bite you in the ass when the decade turns.

And not only your metabolism drop, making you gain weight which will take forever to shed, it will also affect your stamina, the quality of your skin, your blood circulation, heart rate, and other vitals in the long run. Problem? YES. So eat healthy and live happily.

6. Not Getting Enough Exercise

The largest problem we find nowadays in term of health is POTION CONTROL. It is tempting to eat entire packet of chips or pasta but it is not healthy. DUH! Give your body some time to let you know you have eaten enough. So Chew thoroughly and savor each bite.

8. Ignoring Pain

Pain is your body’s way to tell you that something isn’t quite right. One can say physical pain is part of our everyday’s life but the pain which last longer and without any apparent cause then ignoring it, is not an option.
