Equipped with a touch screen, push-to-talk button, analog scroll wheel, microphone, speakers, and the Rabbit Eye 360-degree rotational camera with Computer Vision, the R1 operates on a MediaTek Helio P35 processor with 4GB RAM, 128GB storage, USB-C port, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and a 4G-enabled SIM card slot.

The Rabbit R1’s standout feature lies in its ability to learn user behavior and intentions, mimicking actions for quicker app usage.

Demonstrated on the company’s website, it showcases seamless integration with apps like Spotify and Uber.

Users can ask the R1 to perform contextual tasks, such as playing specific songs or booking a ride with complex instructions.

According to Rabbit Founder and CEO Jesse Lyu, the R1 aims to provide an intuitive app-free experience, surpassing the capabilities of Large Language Models like ChatGPT.

The device is currently available for pre-sale at $199, with US shipping starting in March.

Initially compatible with popular apps, future updates will allow users to train their R1 devices for specific tasks on niche apps and workflows.
