Literally meaning Place of non-violence, this place has 14 meters tall holy statue of Lord Mahavira that was established in mid-1980 and has religious importance for the followers of Jainism. Situated on a small hill which lies at the convergence of Mehrauli-Badarpur Road and Aurobindo Marg, this place has historicalimportancebecause of a lighthouse that was built by Sir Thomas Metcalfe and officially named as the ‘Metcalfe Battery House’. The area around the statue is surrounded by very beautiful garden.
