Bhagsu Waterfalls

Dharamkot, India

As the legend has it, this waterfall was formed as a result of a war between a serpent king and an Asura king. At the end of the duel, the defeated Asura King pleaded that water be provided to the people of this area. This has resulted in the amalgamation the two names, Bhagsu – the demon and the naag.
