This garden is situated in East Nizamuddin area and is named so because it has four equal square sections which are separated by two water canals and four walkways called ‘Khiyabans’ following the concept of ‘Paradise’ or ‘Jannat’ as per the Islam. The garden is spread in the area of 30 Acers and has been built in Persian style of Architecture. This garden is surrounded by walls from three sides and one side is open because Yamuna flowed on that side during the time it was built. A ‘Hammam’ or ‘Bath Chamber’ is present on the northern wall and a pavilion with 12 doors known as the ‘Baradari’ is present on the eastern wall.
