Tripura Sundari Temple

Naggar, India

Tripura Sundari Temple is a unique heritage spot. It is a three-storied shrine with a gigantic wooden structure and architecture resembling the Hadimba Devi temple. It is said that the web like structure of the temple was made by the goddess herself after turning into a spider. As a part of a strange ritual of the temple, shrouds of the dead are offered as clothes for the idols in the temple.
