When Starting An E-commerce Business

April 23rd, 2019   |   Updated on September 26th, 2022

Popular Lead Capture Software For Your Business In 2022: It has been seen that many customers do not make a purchase on their first visit to your side. In fact, if you do not cash in on the opportunity they might just move on to your competitor without you even knowing.

It is imperative that you get these leads and force them to come back and make a purchase with you. However, is it as easy as it sounds? In such situations, lead capture software is the need of the hour.

There are many suitable lead capture software and we have brought together a list of some of the most popular ones for you.

These have been analyzed on the basis of many factors, and can be considered extremely important to get back the leads you have lost. Once you are able to do that, there is no looking back as you move ahead with your marketing efforts with ease.

Popular Lead Capture Software

1. LeadConnect

The Lead Connect is the most traditional LinkedIn Automate Lead Generation Tool on chrome store. Review: Capterra

Pros: The ‘sequences’ feature is unparalleled. I have tried LH and Octopus in the past but I have found the most seamless experience (for adding 2nd connections) in LeadConnect.

The other thing I would add is how great the logging is. I can see exactly how many invitations were sent, at what time, and how many have been accepted in _real time.

Cons: There was a bit of trial and error. I would have appreciated a 1-time pop up with a link to a youtube video explaining the functionality… (like how LH does when you click a new task ie ‘endorse my contacts’)

Overall: Very solid, resilient program. Sometimes my VPN disconnects for a few seconds and so my internet will go down. LinkedIn Connect was the only option that continued completing it’s tasks once my vpn killswitch was disengaged. Very stable. I think my decision to get premium will continue to pay dividends.

What do you like best?

ZoomInfo has been great for our business. It has allowed me to develop new leads and opportunities. ZoomInfo makes it easy to find direct phone numbers and emails for prospects. I have found the data to be very accurate and complete. We look forward to discovering other features of the platform. The customer service with ZoomInfo has been great. Our account executive cares about our success and has worked with us hand-in-hand on several projects.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes direct phone numbers or emails are missing. However, generally the emails can be derived by seeing the convention of other contact emails that are included in the ZoomInfo database for a particular company. ZoomInfo is a bit expensive, but it is worth the price.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to dig deeper into organizations and build better relationships with prospects. During a time when many are not traveling for business trade shows, ZoomInfo has given me the tools to continue connecting with professionals in my industry.

What do you like best?

I have used database lists and email finder tools earlier. Database lists generally have 35-40% correct emails, and email finders don’t always provide verified emails. As a result, our email deliverability suffers. With LeadCandy, we got verified emails and the accuracy was over 90%.

What do you dislike?

I particularly liked their Smart Lead List that provides a list of people using complementary products and competitors prospects.

What do you like best?

I like how user friendly the system is and how easy it is to build and link campaigns. I love that you can embed forms onto your website or within an email. I also appreciate the training when joining and how helpful both the Sugar Market implementation team and support team are!m.

What do you dislike?

I dislike how some things seem to be unorganized like the way lists, campaigns, etc. are laid out. I also think this is still in a new development stage so there is a lot of room for improvement.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving numerous problems by switching to Sugar Market. 1) We use Sugarcrm so having two systems that are run by the same company makes their connection much better than using another automation system. 2) We are an international company so we have to send emails out to customers and prospects world wide, this system has made it much easier to get our emails out to countries in the APAC and EMEA region. 3) Lastly, but there is much more, we needed something that could make our marketing and sales transition much more automated!

Review: G2

What do you like best?

As a Recruiter in IT getting hold of the correct decision makers and hiring managers for multiple companies is vital. Lusha for me is a game changer and wish I had this tool 10 years ago. Lusha 60-70% of the time provides you with either the email address or telephone number of people who you are not directly connected to via social media platforms. Using Lusha on Linkedin has improved my sales, and commission just because I am getting through to the right people.

What do you dislike?

If Lusha could access 100% of the contacts on social media platforms it would be perfect, but I know I’m asking for a lot. Apart from that it’s very easy to use and serves its purpose well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Contacting individuals that I would have before found very hard to reach.

What do you like best?

Excellent experience from start to finish. They built several custom feature sets that were required to integrate with Salesforce. Our business runs as efficiently as can be! We added Zapier to complete the integration and that could not have gone better. From redesigning our Preference form, integration with our website, to keeping us continuously updated throughout the entire process (training too!) Jessa and Holly are very knowledgeable and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them, no reservations!!

What do you dislike?

Nothing thus far, no complaints, everything works well!!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We just outgrew Constant Contact, and although it’s a very good company, it just was not as robust nor have the features we needed to automate our emails. Using Zapier, iPost will allow us to integrate Salesforce with our website and push notifications. It will be a much, much better user experience for our members.

Pros: NetLine is a very nice place to work in. The Los Gatos office is right near Vasona Park so the area is beautiful. They offer good benefits which include the day after Thanksgiving and the week between Christmas and New Years off! Everyone here is friendly and very helpful! The position I’m in allows me to work with different departments, which is a good stepping stone when just starting your career.

Cons: There isn’t much room for advancement, however, that is to be expected with smaller companies.

Outgrow

What do you like best?

Outgrow is a great tool for easy app building for non-programmers. I have no experience in programming and in a few hours I was able to build an app that will be of great value.

Support teams are always very eager to help in any way they can. I had doubts about pricing, publishing, layouts and formulas and they were always rapidly answered.

There is a high degree of app personalization that adds value.

What do you dislike?

Pricing is a bit off. Some small features are only available on the top plan, which was way out of my budget. In any case, they were able to offer me a tailor made plan that fit my needs and budget.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There was a relatively easy math problem that not all employees were able to calculate. The calculator allowed us to take the math burden from the employees.

Pros: Once you get used to using the software, creating forms is very easy. I also really enjoy the categorization of the forms. They make it easy to find previously created forms to use again.

Cons: I’ve submitted some requests for improved form fields but they haven’t been implemented yet. Hopefully sometime down the road. I’d also like if they were to add Square as a payment processor. Also, the forced SSL switch, while it was necessary, was a pain.

Overall: My clients that I use the EmailMeForm service with have been more than impressed. I hope to continue with this service for a long time.

I have been using MoEngage for my firm from the past 5 months. I must say it has been an amazing tool in understanding user behaviors, engaging them with effective notifications with varieties of Push, Inapps etc. The analytics features have been great in getting insights from it.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing as such to be disliked. Though the constraint in days in fetching the data for a specified days has been hindrance sometimes. 🙂 But we understand the intent behind it so it is bearable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For us, engaging user & retaining them is a primary KPI. With the help of MoEngage, we have been able to meet the KPIs target quiet well.

What do you like best?

Ease of use of their APIs, for a self-service plan it really is a good price and there’s not much hassle in integrating them if the required volumes are small-medium. Good database size, also identifies personal emails which is a big plus compared to others.

What do you dislike?

Once you’re over their self-service limit, you can only increase your plan at least 4 times over, so there’s no real room to grow realistically, either you spend loads for stuff you don’t need, either you’re going to go over your quota half-way through the month.

Regarding Clearbit X, I was interested to see how their new platform works and how it can help lead generation, but they won’t even give you a trial and they’re being very secretive about it, while expecting clients to sign a yearly agreement, which is a big no.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Overall: Akkroo was the perfect fit for us, easy to implement and embed in our field teams. Support has been excellent, but little is required. Excellent developments keep coming.

What do you like best?

The design is really easy to do for your articles. I like how you can add photos to your articles.

What do you dislike?

I have yet to figure out how to get the photo to always fit in the box without stretching weird. I also do not like that when I have something saved and completed after i send a test, I have to go back through, change the name, go through each page then send another test then pick the emails again.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I did not know they had people available to help walk through the process. It has made my life easier… It is not clear exactly how to go from one screen to another. Unless you know what a campaign and an asset is necessarily it is hard and they have been a great help.

Review: G2

What do you like best?

What I like best about PureB2B is their targeting capabilities. I am able to target priority accounts with a specific set of roles/titles. The leads that are returned are high quality — I immediately place them into a marketing nurture campaign and have our SDR pursue simultaneously. While we are new to PureB2B, we have already closed an opportunity tied to PureB2B.

What do you dislike?

Biggest challenge I had was around setting up the Marketo integration. The sync works perfect now, but was missing from the set-up was a clear implementation guide. There are smart folks that work at PureB2B, but not sure they are as familiar with Marketo (so took a bit of time to get the information I needed to complete the lead sync).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Two challenges PureB2B helps solve. The first is awareness – we are a relatively small, new company with great growth potential. With a limited budget and clear audience, we need to be efficient with our spend (minimal waste). PureB2B helps us get our content in front of the right audience. Additionally, PureB2B has sourced quality leads for our company.

What do you like best?

BlueConic’s technology and interface is second to none. They excel at taking potentially difficult tasks and making them easy for users to accomplish without having to stretch the platform’s limits or reach out to customer support. The way BlueConic integrates with websites almost seems like magic; by placing a single tag you’re able to track almost everything and deploy website personalization. It’s one of the most powerful and flexible data tools we’ve used.

What do you dislike?

Right now, there’s no ability to view metadata about the profile data, such as date created or updated, which would be a very valuable benefit. In order to track the necessary data, you sometimes have to get creative with the profile attributes part of the tool, which can become a tangled mess if you’re not careful.

Recommendations to others considering the product

BlueConic is definitely a leader in the CDP and marketing data space. After looking at several similar tools they stood apart due to the tools intuitiveness and power, along with their great customer support.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We’re using BlueConic to create a centralized database of our users that is accessible to all of our other marketing tools.

It is provided with a fairly simple interface to handle, with a good distribution of the elements which makes navigation very intuitive in that sense, it is also provided with metrics that have been very useful when making a decision within my company.

What do you dislike?

Its price is quite high for small companies, so Kizen is definitely not an option for them

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been using it to improve the sales processes and the relationship with my clients since it has quite useful tools to improve the implemented marketing strategies and its feedback option is very useful when wanting to improve any option and we do not know at the moment how to start.
