The first thing you should do is create a website, especially since so many people nowadays are taking their business online.
The website should include things like information about you and your business, how the clients can contact, etc. – all the basics.
Also, a perfect idea would be to set up an online appointment service – people will definitely appreciate it that they can book an appointment immediately, without having to get through to you.
Another thing that you can include on your website is a blog section where you can share helpful information.
You don’t have to be restricted to massage only – you can, for example, write about alternative workout ideas or recipe for a homemade candle. Be diverse – including things that people will want to read.
When you have your social platform set up, you can offer exclusive deals to people who follow you. You can also host some contests, in which the price will be either a discount or a free massage.
When you are an employed massage therapist, the responsibility of marketing the business lies in your boss.
