On average, a healthy adult human spends at least 34% of their life tucked away into sleep. This means that you will spend more type sleeping much more than almost any other activity that you partake in – including your work life.

The other big culprit, while often overlooked, is a bad mattress. If it is uncomfortable, you will inevitably spend a large amount of time trying to set yourself up for sleep instead of actually sleeping, and the bad body support to weight absorption ratio these have will often deter the quality of sleep.
