Many companies are yet to understand what Data Discovery is all about. We would like to explain this to you in the simplest way possible.
Data discovery requires skills to comprehend data relationships and data modelling and use advanced analytical information to gather valuable insights.
The data integration and data preparation abilities help the users to connect to the relevant enterprises and external data sources.
Since data is becoming complex, day by day, users need flexible functions to access and efficiently use the data they have.
However, how do businesses figure out which Data discovery tools to use in the end? Unfortunately, this question remains mostly unanswered for most. You, however, need not worry as we are there to take care of your needs.
We have created a list of the best data discovery tools to select from. These tools were selected from the vast collection of tools available.
We have even scrutinized them and analyzed every aspect regarding them. With all this information available to you, the process of choosing a particular data discovery tool becomes super easy.
You just need to decide what kind of tool you require and see which tool meets the same. Alongside you can even compare the information to pick up the software that is most appropriate for you.

Review: G2
It’s ease of use, ability to connect with SSO platforms and request files externally into a managed environment.
We use it across the agency on project specific workflows and it’s versioning and history functionality has saved projects thought lost before! Love that it is also able to preview PSD files visually which has saved us lots of time where we would normally be downloading GB’s of files just to find that it was the wrong version or file.

Review: Capterra
I’ve used SailPoint both as a pure IG solution and as an overall IDM solution. For an IG solution it works well even though the customization is still more than I prefer.
As an IDM solution it requires far too much customization and is not “full featured” when compared to other products in the marketplace.
