1. Keep it dry
I know being a woman means being ‘wet down there’ all the time. Honestly, I don’t mean it in a funny way, but if you go through what I go through all the time, then you surely know how it feels when you are always wet. This is nothing related to being sexual. It is completely related to your internal parts. If you are always wet and find it difficult to feel comfortable at home or at work, it is time for you to get as many toilet papers as you can and keep yourself dry.
2. DO NOT use soap down there
I know cleaning your vagina is very important; but this does not mean that you have to scrub it with a soapy thing! You have separate things in the stores that can be used to wash the vagina in a much better way. Don’t buy a lipstick this month; buy such a vagina cleaner!
3. Use good and branded oil
Instead of applying creams down there, it is always good to use good baby oil for the same. I have been using oil for the last six years and till date; I have always been protected from infections.
4. Visit a good gynecologist for internal check-ups
Rather than visiting your beautician this week, fix yourself an appointment with the gynecologist and get yourself internally checked.
5. Clean yourself with water
Every time you ‘pee’, clean your vagina with water. I know this sounds difficult, but it is for your own health!
6. Drink a lot of water
The more water you drink, the lesser infections in vagina you get!
