So just leave your office. Finds a patch of grass or a tree. It is enough to provide you with a sense of nature. But always remember you need to spend at least 20-30 minutes there. First 20 minutes is the most effective. It is important if you want to keep your stress level in check. Because persistent elevated levels of Cortisol in your body is not good for your health. It might be responsible for your high level of blood pressure, persistent headaches, stomach pain and other symptoms.
