Customer relationship management or CRM is a technology that allows real estate agents and brokers to manage their leads and keep their customers engaged with them.
While evaluating commercial real estate CRM’s focus was on analyzing price, features, usability, support, report, and any app integrations. This was then used to figure out the six best commercial Real Estate CRM.
Real estate agents and brokers need the CRM software as it provides highly strong contact management and the ability to track each sale and report and monitoring it.
Some of the automated follow-up features and the ability that you can customize it as per your needs make the software a very important help.
Below are mentioned the criteria that we used to find the best commercial real estate CRM.
- Price : The CRM software should be cost-effective in the sense that the features offered should be value for money. Apart from that demo access, price breaks on annual payments and free trials are also to be considered.
- Features : A perfect CRM software should have an easy to understand and use interface along with features like a mobile app, contract management, and features that can address the needs of real estate.
- Sales reporting : There should be a facility for generating a sales report. It should consider the basic information and provide customized measurements.
- Third-party integration : The manner in which a CRM can integrate with other third-party solutions will decide how useful it is. While some CRM’s add the services others only synchronize the interface.
- Customer support : Customer service is crucial and needs to provide them with help using various methods like chat, phone, email, video, etc.
