Pasta is originally an Italian dish, which can be adapted to the various cuisines just by making different sauces. While your pasta maker can help you make the pasta, here are some delicious sauces to go with it. Each of these pasta sauces taste so delicious that even picky eaters would never say ‘no’ for a second serving.
1. Creamy Cauliflower Sauce
Take a cauliflower and cut it into small florets. Soak them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse them in cold water and drain. Now take a spoon oil in a shallow frying pan and add some chopped garlic, cauliflower florets and some salt. Sauté till they look charred. Allow the mixture to cool and then blend it with 300 ml of milk to a paste. Sprinkle some black pepper too. Now combine your choice of cooked pasta and vegetables in the sauce and enjoy.
2. Arrabiata Pasta Sauce
In a pan, heat some olive oil on medium heat and add one onion and four cloves of finely chopped garlic. Sauté till the onions soften. Add 2 cups of tomato puree along with 1 tbsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp mixed herbs, I tsp crushed peppercorns 1 tsp sugar and salt. Cook the mixture till it takes the shape of a sauce and you can smell the awesome fragrance. Mix the pasta and other cooked vegetables or meats to the pasta till it is well coated with the sauce.
3. Creamy Tomato Basil Sauce
Make a smooth puree of 500 grams of cooked and skinned tomatoes. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add 1 finely chopped onion and 6 cloves of crushed garlic. Sauté long enough for the onions to become soft. Add thinly sliced vegetables and roast till they are cooked. As the next step, add the prepared puree, 4 sprigs of basil, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the spaghetti made with your pasta maker to the sauce and relish the resulting delicious meal.
4. Peanut Butter And Ginger Pasta Sauce
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of corn starch in 2 tablespoons of milk. Add the rest of 2/3 cup of milk to it and transfer it all to the saucepan. Cook this milk for 1 minute till it is thick and bubbly. In another bowl, mix together ¼ cup of peanut butter, juice of 2 limes, 2 tablespoons each of soy sauce and honey, 2 garlic cloves chopped, 1 tsp of grated ginger and 4 tsp of red chilli flakes. Heat the milk in the saucepan. Add this mixture to the milk until smooth. Stir in the pasta and enjoy.
