Mention is one of those amazing things that I just don’t need to think about- it provides me with a timely heads- up of all media mentions and organizes all of the information in one platform, so I can keep my focus and attention on other matters– which is a big value as a startup founder juggling a million things.
What do you dislike?
Because I tend to use it in “autopilot” mode, I’m sure there is a lot more functionality that we could be using. That falls on me and my team to dive in and figure that out- I’m sure questions will follow along with some “ahhh, that’s brilliant!” statements.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I downloaded the mobile Hootsuite app for Android to my cell phone, as well as added the Chrome extension to my browser.
What do you dislike?
I am actually having one issue currently with content that posts to my company Facebook pages. When I use the AutoSchedule feature and this includes a little backlink that will send clickers to the desired location – my problem is when I use this feature for Facebook, it does not include the Owly Link. Only on Twitter does it include the link. I contacted support but he was asking for a screenshot and at the time I was unable to further assist him with the information he needed. I will revisit and contact support at a later date.

Pros: My favorite feature of Tweepsmap is the pipeline tweet scheduler tool. Using this tool you can put your tweets on autopilot knowing they will deploy at the best time based on where your audience is in the world.
Equally cool is the ability to see where in the world my followers are from, and the ability to drill down to the local level and then generate a list of everyone that follows me in a particular town.

I highly recommend Tweepsmap to anyone looking to take their Twitter success to the next level!!
Cons: Wish their was a faster way to connect with relevant people, however, I think following people without manually approving them first is against Twitter’s TOS so I can’t blame Tweepsmap for not having this functionality.

Pros: 1. I love the automation of thanking my top contributors. 2. I love all of the options for automating posts 3. Set it and forget it. 4. No fuss, not too many options 5. Easy, crazy easy 6. Love that the color and all that is done. I don’t have to format anything!
Cons: I’m a bit unsure if the service benefits my company at all, but I’m not sure that it a “con.” I would say that’s more of a neutral comment. I have 2 negatives and they aren’t bad. 1. I would imagine some would like to be able to customize the colors. The site says the colors are optimized for each social feed. However, I know some companies wouldn’t be so likely to post some pink and purple stuff. 2. My other negative is that I’m not sure if I will eventually have to pay a fee if I desire to keep using the service. The site claims we should enjoy the free use and view it as a “soft launch.’ I’m all for free stuff, aka I’m not complaining.
