Mobile CRM software helps salespeople to keep track of their customers and build a relationship with them.
They can have an idea about customer information, any sales opportunities, and communication tools that are useful. We analyzed many CRM software and located the top 15 Android CRM software for you.
Process of Evaluating Mobile CRM Apps
Mostly all the mobile CRM apps give you access to keeping records while the salesperson is out. However, the best ones give you offline access to this information.
While checking a CRM mobile app you need to see how each tool would keep your data synced. Also how it is available to the users on phones and its ease of use and technical support provided.
To choose the best we used the following criteria:
- CRM features and functionalities provided
- The price charged to download
- Devices supported by it
- Integration with other software
- Reviews from users
As per us, this criterion is successfully met by Salesforce Essentials. Its mobile app has all the features that are provided in the desktop app. Along with positive user experience and the price Salesforce Essentials is the best amongst all that were studied.
