Casino nights ask for a well-thought outfit. This isn’t easy for everyone, as some people struggle to pick a complete outfit together. A casino is home to a fancy setting, where people come together to play games based on winning money.
In most casinos, you’re not allowed to enter without wearing something that matches this fancy setting. In this blog, we’ll help you with this, by letting you know your options.
1. Shoes
Where many people think shoes are the final part of your outfit, we believe the exact opposite. Shoes make the outfit, so that’s where you want to start.
For a fancy outfit, you might immediately think of fancy shoes that go under a suit, but this isn’t your only option.
Don’t be scared to pull out your sneakers! As long as these are still in good shape, they could be a great first selection for your outfit.
Something that you do want to avoid is a lot of colour, as this often is hard to match and might look less fancy than a casino asks for.
2. Pants
We’ll built this outfit from the bottom up, so the next step is the pants. For a fancy outfit, you want to leave your jeans hanging in the closet: trousers are the way to go! Trousers go perfectly with both sneakers and fancier shoes, making them the perfect part of your outfit.
Trousers come in many shapes and colours, but for this fancy outfit we recommend not going too crazy with colour, as well as we suggest not going for extremely wide trousers. Going skinny looks way fancier!
3. Sweater
A common misconception is that you have to wear a suit if you want to enter a casino, but this is not the case. A sweater is way more comfortable option, that can look just as fancy.
If you went simple with your shoes and pants, this is also the item that can show a little bit of your personality.
Wearing a red, yellow or maybe even purple can be very fancy, as long as it’s not too wide. This makes the sweater the perfect finishing touch of your casino outfit. Although, you’re not there yet.
4. Accessories
To fully top your outfit off, you want to include some accessories. This doesn’t have to be anything too crazy: a watch and a nice belt are already two great inclusions for your outfit.
If you wear jewelry, a necklace or a ring can be great as well. Make sure that if you wear accessories, you do have to match them: you can’t wear both silver and gold in the same outfit.
5. Good Luck!
Now that you have your casino outfit fully together, there’s nothing more left than for us to wish you the best of luck in the casino! Your outfit is designed for a win, so make us proud.
