Quick Booking Services With WhatsApp Flows
One of the standout features introduced is WhatsApp Flows, a game-changer for businesses. WhatsApp Flows enables companies to provide booking services directly through the app, eliminating the need for third-party applications.
This innovation allows users to access services such as selecting train seats, ordering meals, or booking appointments seamlessly without ever leaving their chat.
Businesses can create customized forms and menus using Flows to enhance their customers’ experiences. For instance, a travel company can design an airplane seating chart, enabling customers to choose their seats within the WhatsApp app itself.

Customers can add items to their cart and make payments using various options, including UPI apps, debit and credit cards, and more.
To make this feature a reality, Meta collaborated with fintech companies Razorpay and PayU. While it has already launched in India, there’s potential for a global rollout, given the presence of these fintech partners in multiple regions.

WhatsApp is taking steps to enhance trust and credibility on its platform by introducing the Meta Verified badge for businesses.
This verification process allows businesses to apply for a verified status, which comes with premium features.
Verified businesses gain access to features like creating a custom WhatsApp page that’s easily discoverable via web searches and multi-device support, enabling multiple employees to respond to customer inquiries.
The rollout of Meta Verified will begin with small businesses in testing, with plans to extend the feature to businesses on the WhatsApp Business Platform in the future.
Exciting Times Ahead For WhatsApp Business
Meta’s commitment to enhancing the WhatsApp Business experience is evident in these new updates. These features aim to streamline customer interactions, build trust, and empower businesses to offer more services directly through the platform.
These developments come on the heels of WhatsApp’s global launch of Channels, a feature that allows users to follow popular creators, companies, and news agencies.
