Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes.
This is the first time Marvel has put a woman in the lead role. It’s about time, and it looks great so far.
This first trailer has it all: Brie Larson in a plane, Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury in pre-eyepatch mode, a 1990s Blockbuster Video, spaceships, laserblasts, some Top Gun flightsuits, an old lady getting punched and some dope helmets.
The film stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Rune Temte, Algenis Perez Soto, Mckenna Grace, with Annette Bening, with Clark Gregg, and Jude Law.
Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel comes out next year on March 8th.
